Our locally sourced pork is butchered in store allowing us to produce top quality cuts and joints to meet our clients needs. Our sausages are handmade in natural casings only using the very best lean sausage meat and come in a variety of flavors. Natural pork, cumberland, old english, pork and apple, honey roast and pork and leek. We cure and slice our own bacon which we are very passionate about after all you cant beat a bacon bap!


We handle only the best produce from Scotbeef. They are the leading red meat manufacturers in Scotland, and supply us with the top quality Aberdeen Angus stock. We age our beef on the bone for 21 days, and our highly trained staff do all the butchering on the premises, which allows us to insure the best cuts for our customers.


Our lamb is always local, grass fed and butchered by us. We offer a wide range of cuts and joints, on and off the bone. This product is tasty and tender and cooks beautifully, whether is grilled, stewed or roasted. Pass the mint sauce please!


Our chicken is sourced locally and is reared by specialists Peter and Sue! We have barn reared and free range chickens and eggs available from a family business who pride themselves in producing top quality poultry and this is well portrayed in the taste and size of their wonderful stock!
